CarrierPoint’s ActiveTrack feature of the SelecTender module ensures that the right people are notified when something is wrong, whether it is a Dispatcher, a Customer Service rep that is responsible for a major account, or a customer. Notifications can be automatically triggered for events such as “Missed Appointment”, “Load Not Covered”, or “Delivery Confirmation not received from carrier”, as well as many others, based on user preferences.
