Order Entry Integration		Information flows from order entry so very little data entry is required. The Print Invoices option prints invoices and posts to Accounts Receivable and the General Ledger.
Aged Accounts Receivable Reports		Identify and control slow-pay or non-profitable accounts. Divided into three aging categories for easy reference, aging reports give you a printout of open invoices for each customer.
Open Account Inquiry		This valuable management tool controls credit limits and eliminates costly delays in receivables collection. It displays credit limits, balances, and ages invoices for each customer, including booked or available orders.
Cash Receipts		Allows you to view a customer's open invoices. You may apply total or partial payments to invoices or apply directly to accounts in the General Ledger. The Print Cash Report option posts the transactions to the General Ledger.
A/R Adjustments		Allows you to make changes to invoices (i.e., debit memos, credit memos). At any time you may print balance due invoices which will show all cash receipts and adjustments along with the balance due.
Collections		Manage past due accounts, track callbacks, follow-up dates, notes, and comments. You can also generate collection notices, handle write-offs and track third-party collections.
Statements		May be printed or automatically faxed for selected divisions, customers, dates or aging category. The formatted statement prints open invoices-divided into three aging categories- along with the total balance.
