Keypoint Vehicle Maintenance is an optional module that helps you keep your tractors and trailers in safe working condition. The Vehicle Maintenance module is designed to help you gather information, schedule services, and use parts and equipment productively.

Keypoint easily keeps track of tire history, repair orders, scheduled services, and parts inventory. Features and benefits include:

Repair Orders		May be prepared and updated all on one screen. A detailed report of repair orders may be printed from the Repair Order report. Individual and blank repair orders may be printed with the Print Repair Order option.
Scheduled Services		Maintained and tracked by transaction number. A service description, the number of miles and/or days until the next servicing and the equipment type needed are all entered easily on one screen. The Service Required Report may be printed for easy reference.
Tire Tracking		Tracking tires by serial number and tractor or trailer unit number helps you manage the cause of 55% of all tractor breakdowns. The system also tracks the total number of miles, date installed, date removed, date purchased, and cost. A status report may be printed for the current status of a tire. Inquiry screens are provided to help you quickly locate a specific tire.
