Keypoint includes personalized installation and training from qualified professionals with extensive experience in the transportation industry as well as computer hardware and software. Keypoint's award-winning service team members guide you through the installation process, train your employees before the system goes live, and provide telephone support when needed.
Our installation experts do the following:
- Customize the system to meet your specific requirements
- Migrate your customer, carrier, and vendor records
- Assemble, load, and test all equipment and data at our facility before installing it at your location
- Test your system on-site before delivery
- Train your employees on-site, in your own work environment, using your equipment and real world examples from your customers and carriers
- Provide after-sales support by phone, with flexible night and weekend hours
Additionally, software updates are provided at no additional charge as part of your support agreement.
Keypoint Software supports Oracle Database 11g R2 and WebLogic 11g R1.
