TransCore's TruckersEdge provides owner operators and small fleet owners with the load matching tools to find more and better loads.

How can TruckersEdge help my business?

How do I use TruckersEdge?
You can use Truckers Edge to help you:
  • Find more and better loads for your truck
  • Find which states have the most loads
  • Post advertisement for trucks or loads
  • Search for loads via the Internet 24/7
  • Find brokers with good credit ratings to do business
  • Find local businesses that you need - nationwide
  • Get up-to-date weather reports

I am not able to log in.
There are various reasons a customer may not be able to log in.

Caps lock key is on. Make sure you are typing in lowercase letters for the user name and password.

The account is on a restricted status for late or non payment

Incorrect user name and/or password

Security Settings of IE browser

Internet connection (ISP) is down

I forgot my user name and password?

Currently to get this information, you need to send your request to support@truckersedge.net Average response time during normal business hours is less than 90 minutes.

How do I change or reset my password?

To change or reset your password, you need to log into Truckersedge and on the “home” page. In the box titled “Current User”, Click on the “users name”.

This will open the “profile” page and allow you to change your current password.

After typing in the new password and verify password, Click on “Submit”.

This will return you to the same page showing you the profile have been updated.

You can then log out and begin using your new password.


How do I add an additional user on the same account?

From within the Customer Service pages for Truckersedge, Click on “update te.net user. Put the company code or other identifying method in the field and click on “submit”.

Once the record is returned, click on the link under the “code”. This will display the current list of users for this account.

Click the ‘add’ and add a username and password for the new user. ***NOTE the customer is charged a full subscription rate for the additional user.****

Can I sort searches by a specific date?

No, would be the answer. But if you look at the search results you will see that they are already sorted by “date available” if that is what the customer selected when doing the original search. The current date is listed first.


What is the download file and what information does it contain? The download files is a list of postings to the Truckersedge database.

What are TruckStop Kiosks ?
This is a system located at various locations that give a driver the ability to search for the Truckersedge website. To do this, they must be customers of TE. If not, they still have the ability to browse the web, check email, or video conference.

Each kiosk has 2 different areas. One is ‘pay per use’ and the other is ‘ad’. A TE customer may use the sites for free.

How can I add an additional user?
To add an additional user to your account you need to call Truckersedge Technical Support. Call toll free 1-866-487-8253

you may send an email to support@truckersedge.net. The cost is the same as a full subscription.
